Come and join us in some fitness fun! Start your day with a workout led by the Special Olympics Athletes and get to know the Special Olympics Fit 5 Program. We will go through warm ups, body weight exercises, and cool downs - a perfect way to get energized to begin your Tuesday sessions.
1. Warm-Up Session: Supervised by qualified instructors to ensure safe participation.
2. Fitness Activities: Conduct activities in a controlled and safe manner with ongoing supervision. This will include body weight exercises from the Special Olympics Fit 5 program.
3. Cool-Down Session: Guided by instructors to prevent muscle soreness and injury.
