IASSIDD Membership

Students
To qualify for student rates, you must be a current full or part-time student and provide proof of enrolment during registration.
Delegates from Low to Middle Income Countries (LMICs)
View the list of qualifying countries for the Low-Income Registration rate using the link below. Note: Residence outside qualifying countries disqualifies you, even if your country of origin is listed.
Participants with IDD (including one Assistant)
The registration fees for a 'participant with IDD' covers only the person with Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) to attend the scientific sessions and the Welcome Reception. Their helper/ support person may only accompany them to these sessions in this capacity and are not considered official congress attendees who may attend sessions on their own or be eligible to receive a Certificate of Attendance. In order to attend any other session a regular congress registration fee will apply. Please note that all name badges will be checked on entry to the sessions.
Terms And Conditions
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment by credit/debit card is required at the time of registration (VISA, Visa Debit, and MasterCard accepted).
Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Purchasing Cards or Maestro.
Entry to the congress will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the congress organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the congress organisers by emailing iassidd2024@in-conference.org.uk
Delegate Cancellation
Cancellations before June 24, 2024, receive a refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds for cancellations after this date.
Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed at any time but may not be reflected in the Program or Book of Abstracts after June 17, 2024.

Validity of Passport
Ensure your passport is valid for travel; check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 or 6 months from the date of return.

VISA Applications and Letter of Invitation from the Organising Secretariat
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email iassidd2024@in-conference.org.uk to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed after the congress upon completion of a feedback survey.
Liability
By no means shall IASSIDD or In Conference ltd be held liable, either directly or indirectly, for any problematic issue that may occur within the framework of the congress and its organisation, not only with respect to the organisers but also with respect to third parties (airline companies, hotels, transportation, taxis, etc.) while in the performance of duties or services even indirectly related to the congress.
This contractual liability exemption clause is equally valid in case of an event of force majeure which leads to the disruption and/or the partial or complete cancellation of the congress programme, for reasons not attributable to IASSIDD or In Conference ltd. An event of force majeure is defined as an unforeseen and exceptional event – be it climatic, environmental, political or socio-economic – and does not imply any limitation.
Furthermore, the delegate also expressly agrees to totally absolve IASSIDD 2024 from any responsibility and liability with regard to travel insurance and related costs or claims. It is solely up to the individual to seek out and purchase or otherwise obtain the necessary insurance with regards to his/her travel, etc. and/or to independently issue a claim against any third party that may be responsible for direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or suffered by the delegate en route to and from the congress.
